Jerry Rice Pro Am

The 3rd annual Jerry Rice Pro Am provides YOU and three friends the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to play golf alongside one of the next PGA TOUR STARS in real tournament conditions while benefiting charity.   Hosted at one of America’s top courses, TPC Stonebrae features the Bay Area’s premiere Scottish links course and views of The San Francisco Bay only seen from the links.  The competition begins on Wednesday, April 11th, with the Pro Am boasting three opportunities to win a 2012 Audi (par 3 holes) and terrific TaylorMade prize and gift packages along with delicious foods from the clubhouse and wine provided by local winery, JLohr.

As a participant in the Pro Am, you’re invited to attend The Champions Party on Tuesday night April 10th, 6:00-10:00 p.m. at the Bay Area’s “Best of the West” Claremont Resort in Berkeley where attendees walk the Red Carpet, mix and mingle with NFL Alumni and celebrities, enjoy a two-hour concert by The Sun Kings, and attend the Lazarex Cancer Foundation VIP after-party.

Note:  Pairings with Nationwide TOUR Professionals will be determined by lottery draw.  Singles,  Two-somes and Threesomes will be randomly paired with other participating amateurs to create a Four-some.

Scoring Format

• Best ball of the five-some (1 Nationwide TOUR Professional and 4 Amateurs), based on the lowest individual net score on each hole — either professional or amateur.
• Maximum handicap of 21 will be played; 26 for women – handicaps will be verified and converted according to course index.
• Prizes will be awarded to the first three (3) teams based on total score of one net best ball of five-some.

The Tournament estimates the value of the goods and services received to be $2,250.
The charity contribution is $5,250.
